1、其实在前几年，好像心里都只有想要成为更好的自己，但随着年龄吧，可能强度也没有那么大了，然后再加上人生积累，好像觉得想要去感受，去看更多的自己没有看过的东西。
Actually, a few years ago it felt like I only wanted to become a better version of myself. But as I’ve gotten older and with more life experiences, that intensity has lessened. I feel like I want to explore and experience things that I haven’t seen before.
実は数年前からある思いがあったんです。よりよい自分になりたいと。年を重ねると共に、人生経験が増えたせいか、より多くのことを感じてみたい、未知の世界を見たいと思い始めました。
2、八九岁的时候，整个暑假，我从下午的1点跳到晚上的9点，一直都在跳舞。那时候我就一直坚持跳舞，非常坚持。如果不是我父母看到我的这份坚持，我在舞蹈上的天赋，我也不会成为现在的我。
When I was eight or nine, I spent the entire summer dancing from one in the afternoon till nine at night. At that time, I was very committed to dancing. If my parents hadn’t noticed my dedication and talent in dancing, I wouldn’t become who I am today.

3、我不相信我没有办法完成，但是我只是知道是时间的问题。
I don’t believe I couldn’t do it. I knew it’s just a matter of time.

4、我通常面临这种挑战的时候，内心都不会去提前地去做准备和恐惧或者是预设，可能更多的还是当下的感受。
Usually, when I face such challenges, I don’t prepare in advance nor do I feel fear or make assumptions. It’s more about how I feel right then and there.
いつも何かに挑戦する時は、気持ちの準備をしたり、怖がることはありません。その場で実感することを優先します。
5、也可能有时候平静地面对所有的困难也是一种心理上的强大吧。
Sometimes, facing challenges calmly. That’s also a form of mental strength.
いざという時、冷静に困難に立ち向かえるのはメンタルが強いからです。
6、放空，这是我此时此刻的感受。因为生着火，我就很喜欢看着火发呆，什么都不想。虽然它也没有什么故事，它就是一个火。
Such a liberating feeling. This is my feeling at this moment. I love staring at the fire zoning out and not thinking about anything. Even though it doesn’t have a story, it’s just a fire.
頭が空っぽ、これが今の気持ちだ。たき火を見ながらぼんやりするのが好きだ。何の変哲もない、ただの火だけど…
7、开始录这个节目之前很激动，因为要去到一些没有去过的地方，体验很多没有体验过的事情。虽然有点累有点辛苦，但是体验到了很多不一样的第一次。
Before we started filming, I was so excited because I was going to places I’d never been before and experiencing things I’d never done before. Although it’s a bit tiring and challenging, I got to experience a lot of new “firsts”.
番組を始める頃は興奮しました。行ったことのない場所へ行って、未知の経験をするんですから。大変でしたが、常に新しい“初めて”をたくさん経験しました。
8、没有看到这么广阔的世界，我觉得好像我能做的就是这些事情，可能做一次少一次，当我把这个圈越扩越大的时候发现，其实你还可以尝试更多，接触更多。到最后也发现其实第一次会越来越多。
Having never seen such a vast world, I might think I can’t break the boundaries as if each experience was something I could only have once. But as I broadened my perspective, I realized there was so much more to explore and discover. In the end, I found that there will always be new first-time experiences.
初めての広大な世界では自分にできることはわずかだと感じる。その感覚は減っていく。でも自分の作った境界線を広げていけば、挑戦できることは多いと気づく。結果的に初めての経験は増え続ける。
